Shipping & Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, simply contact us, and we will provide you with all the necessary instructions.

Returns are only accepted if the item is in its original, unused, and undamaged condition. In the event of a customer's change of mind or incorrect choice, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, provided the jewelry remains in its original packaging and in perfect condition. The purchase price, excluding original shipping costs, will be refunded. If you wish to receive a different piece, a new order must be placed.
