1. Shipping and Delivery

Each creation is prepared with the utmost care in our atelier.

  • Lead Times: All orders are dispatched within 1 business day.

  • Delivery: We use premium carriers with full insurance included, covering the actual value of the jewelry. A tracking number will be provided as soon as your package is dispatched.

2. Hotel Pick-up (Click & Collect)

For our clients staying at a hotel or wishing to collect their order in person:

  • Availability: Pick-up is available within 1 business day after order validation.

  • Security: For security reasons, a valid form of identification (Passport or ID Card) and the order confirmation (email with order number) are strictly required to collect your precious jewelry box.

3. Secure Payments

We accept the following payment methods, ensuring total transaction security:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay and Google Pay for seamless and secure payment directly from your smartphone.

4. Quality Guarantee

We certify the authenticity of our materials and the excellence of our craftsmanship.

  • Your jewelry is covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defects.

  • This warranty does not cover natural wear and tear, accidental damage, or issues resulting from improper use of the jewelry.

5. Returns and Exchanges

In accordance with European legislation, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal.

  • Jewelry must be returned in its original condition, unworn, and in its original sealed packaging.

  • Note: Personalized or custom-made creations are final sale and cannot be returned.
